Order modifications and cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, before it enters processing. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but our returns policy applies for eligible items.

Absolutely. Our Ingredients section features premium raw botanicals including shea butter, castor oil, moringa powder, aloe vera gel, burdock root, turmeric powder, and more. These are ideal for DIY skincare and haircare formulations. All raw ingredients are lab-tested, unrefined where applicable, and available in various quantities.

Aloe Vera Gel can be used daily, morning and evening. Apply a thin layer to cleansed skin as a moisturiser or use it as a serum underneath your regular cream. It's suitable for all skin types, including oily and sensitive skin, because it is lightweight, non-comedogenic, and deeply soothing. For hair, apply directly to the scalp 2-3 times a week for best results.

Within Nairobi, orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. For other Kenyan counties, delivery takes 2-4 business days. International orders (where available) typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination. Express same-day delivery is available in select Nairobi zones for orders placed before 12 PM.

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya through our trusted courier partners. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer free delivery on orders above a certain threshold — check our promotions page for current offers. Collection at our Nairobi pickup point is also available.
